# Downloading SNOMED model for MedCAT 1.16.0

I am using medcat 1.16.0, but the only snomed model I could find is 1.2.dev361 version. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the latest snomed model for medcat 1.16.0?

The publicly available models are indeed quite old. But they work just as well in the newer versions of the library.
We don’t have any newer models that we can share publicly, unfortuntately.

No problem, thank you for letting me know. Just wanted to make sure I was not missing an updated publicly available model.
