# Relation Annotation Model in Medcat

Hi ,

I am facing an error while using the multiple relation feature in MedCAT Trainer. I created 2 relations “Date” and “Qualifier value”. After adding both the relations in a document and submitting, the relations mapped as qualifier value changes to the “Date” relation. By using single relations for a project (project with either Date/Qualifier value relation only). I’m able to annotate properly. Am I missing any step while using multiple relations?

Hi @Sajal - this was an issue in releases pre 2.6.1. Can you update to the latest release v2.6.1?
