SNOMED CT version used for medcat model

HI all

I wanted to know the version of SNOMED CT that the MedCAT SNOMED model has been trained with. I couldn’t find it any of the documentation.

Hi Sangeeta,

In general, the ontology is specified in config.version.ontology (or in config["version"]["ontology"] in older versions of medcat) or under “Source Ontology” in the model card.
In case of the openly available SNOMED model, it reads:

SnomedCT_InternationalRF2_PRODUCTION_20210131T120000Z

So it’s the January 2021 SNOMED CT International Edition

Hi… is there a plan to create a model with a later snomed version ? There are '23 versions available now.
