How can I figure out if MedCAT might be useful for my use case?

It’s pretty neat to test it out your sample text and test if its suitable for your own project needs! Despite this demo not containing a trained model it still works rather well.
Forgot to add that that this demo displays SNOMED code recognition from free-text with mapping to ICD-10. However, any terminology with codes that represent a unique medical concept/area of knowledge can be used. RxNorm, UMLS etc
For the tech nerds… One could also create and run a model in google colab?
There are some decent "try it yourself " tutorials running through a demo project.
